What Is The Cause Of Pain In Lower Abdomen?

5 days ago I had a prostate needle biopsy, recovery has been good, my urine still starts out light red but clears up quickly, no clots or pain. This morning when I got out of bed, and went to the bathroom, when I bent over to lift the toilet seat, I got a severe burning pain in my left front lower abd in the area of the pubic line, it felt like a hot iron was placed there, when I stood back up, the pain went away, the pain happened again when I bent over to put my shoes on. I have never had this sensation before this morning and am wondering if it could be connected to the biopsy or maybe a blood clot. I'm 58 years old. What do you think? Thank you, Terry

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern you have gone through the needle biopsy procedure and this procedure causes the little trauma to the area where the needle being inserted to get the biopsy material this trauma may induced the refer pain, that might be happened with you, but this is noting to worry this pain will be come around soon, if this persist or increased then you need to see the doctor, take care and have nice day.
