Hi thanks for contacting HCM....

Your tsh level very low suggesting hyperthyroidism .....

The drug here is not looking for hyperthyroid ...is it eltroxin ??? If you are using it for hypothyroidism than this high dose might lead this very much low TSH level ....

I am asking this in detail as let me know you hyperthyroid can lead myopathy and so muscle weakness so can lead muscular pain and weakness as you are having it ...........

Consult physician for examination .....

If needed do repeat TSH and free t4 along with it for proper work up...

Take care ....
