What Is The Cause Of Rash Behind The Ears And Down Towards The Shoulders?

my 2.5yr old daughter had a severe sore throat and was put on Pinamox antibiotics on monday - friday (tomorrow). when she wok this morning she has a slight rash behind her ears and down along the hair line -also a small bit down towards her shoulders. they do not seem to be itchy. can you please help with what this might be?

I think probably she is having Measles.
entire body will be covered with rash if you wait for 1-2 days.
It is a self limiting condition, no need to worry.
