What Is The Cause Of Rash Under Breast And Chills?

I developed a rash that looks like prickly heat under my left breast. That was yesterday. Today there s a small round red spot with a creamy color center. It s about the size of a dime. Chills are probably from fear that it might be serious so I m discounting it. I am 73 years old and in otherwise good health.

You might have developed fungal infection.

Please get a KOH mount done,

This can confirm the fungal etiology.

Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
