What Is The Cause Of Sudden Pain In The Lower Buttocks Area ?

yesterday just as i sat down my right leg buckled and now it is hard to step eith my right foot. pain in my lower buttocks area, upper leg(back side). What is wrong?

This is due to muscle sprain and some pressure on nerve.
It is called sciatica.
Start simple pain killer with muscle relaxant,Local gel application will be helpful.
Consult your physician for better medical management.
