Hello, I am 25 years old male. I am phisycally active, playing soccer and riding a bike. For last couple of days I feel strange pain in my legs. The pain is not like the one you fell or hurt yourself its more of lack of energy or something. Any advices of how should I get rid off it. Thank you, Jasenko

Hello,
Your condition indicating more towards chronic fatigue syndrome due to overuse lead to accumulation of toxic substances and associated dehydration not able to clear that substances. Some other conditions like neurological disorder, muscular injury, and also metabolic disorders lead to true muscle weakness. So you need to consult an orthopaedician to rule out any type of injury. Avoid excessive physical activity for few days and take rest, drink plenty of water and you can also take fruit juices.
Take care, bye.
