Bacterial dysentry occurs due to giving stale food to child.
It also happens due to putting everything in the mouth while playing.
Using unwashed vegetables,fruits,unpasturised milk.
Keep good hygiene of your child.
Give lactobacillus,WHO ors formula...Specific antibiotic is required .
Consult paediatrisician for better medical management.
