What Is The Diet For Gestational Diabetic During Pregnancy?

Hi, am Sripriya. aged 35. am in my 15th week of pregnancy. ive got gestational diabetics. 135 after 1 hr glucose in GTT. Am on 8 units of nova rapid 3 times a day and 7 units of insulin tard at night. Is white discharge normal at this stage of pregnancy? pls consult a healthy diet for me. am around 76 kg now. and reside in chennai.

You need to have good diet as it will help baby to grow, have small and frequent meals , avoid more simple carbohydrates like sugar n rice. More fibre in diet should be their. Try to fruits in morning. Take milk twice day. For more precise counseling. Consult dietician or write me personal.
