What Is The Diet For Thyroid?

hello Sir
i am 45 yr. having thyroid problem T3-116,T4-8.5, TSH-10.5 .
taking 50mg thyroxin one tablet daily. suggest diet

Thyroid problems are lifetime. You should take thyroxine daily , keep TSH level in the normal range. Have normal diet.. but do not eat more of iodine rich foods like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli. drink plenty water.get regular physical activities. if you have diabetes keep the blood sugar levels under control.
