What Is The Dosage Of Ibugesuc Syrup For Running Fever?

my daughter aged 2years 5 months of weight 18kg having running temperature of 102<we have been given her 6.5ml of Ibugesic plus but the fever repeat again after 4 hours while the next dose cant be given before 6 hours.could u suggest what dose should be given to her.

You can give syp calpol 250 5 ml for fever.you can repeat after 6 hours at time of fever.For fever which comes in between thses 6 hours that time you can give syp meftal p 5 ml.These are fever reducers in place of ibugesic. For illness your doctor will examine and give medicines
