My husband has a hernia that was just above his belly button. Over the last few days the hernia has moved down so low that it obscures his belly button. There is no pain or discomfort, but this morning he noticed foul smelling liquid oozing from his belly button. Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi...the hernial sac might have got infected...better show to a surgeon for proper evaluation and treatment...
