What Is The Maximum Duration After A C Section One Can Start Normal Workout?

I have delivered a boy baby on Jan4th through C section. When can i start with my exercises like cycling ., i.e I want to continue my exercises on elliptical like Orbitrek elite machine. How long will it take to completely heal the stitches (inner) ? I m now 10 weeks after the delivery

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, you can start cycling,but there will be a restriction of the speed,So it will be better to have a gap of 10 more weeks, still if you want an exercise you can go for walking, or yoga for maintenance. If you want to do for reduction you can follow the diet restriction.
Avoid the calories, fats, oils, junk foods, fleshy fruits like guava, and banana.
Practice, morning walk, yoga, gardening, and house hold works like cleanig, keeping things in order etc.
Minimize the sleeping time, practice late to bed, and early to rise. Avoid the day time sleep.
