What Is The Pain In My Hips With Weakness And Limping?

Hi,
I suddently had weakness and pain in both of my hips and limping today. (I have had surgery for a labral tear 2 years ago). My right arm feels weak as well tonight. I am cold and not well.
I have also had lower back pain that wakes me up at night and stiffness in the morning for almost 2 years.
What could it be?

after going through your suffering it seems you have spondyloarthritis,which needs to be confirmed by blood test like HLAB27,serum uric acid,serum RA factor.i suspect you might be having ?? ankylosing spondylitis.
