What Is The Process To Stop Lorazepam?

I am in the process of tapering and stopping Lorazepam. I used to take .5 mg BID since March to Nov. On 11/16, reduced morning dose to .25. On 29th reduced morning to .125 and evening to .25. Am seeking to continue this for 10 more days. Then to reduce evening to .125. Will do this for 10 more days. And will stop. Is my taper plan good?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Your plan of withdrawal is very good, only in the last step, you can make it .25 at night, and then .125 will be better.
Whether you have started it as prescription medicine, or an abuse. If started as an abuse be sure not to start it again.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts and protein rich foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
