hi, my wife just delivery one baby. it was normal delivery. after 1week doctor suggest to take Bidazen Forte . What is the purpose of this tablet? last not 5days i am not getting this tablet due` to un-availability. medical store says like that. is there any subtitute tab;et ?

Bidanzen Forte (serratiopeptidase) is prescribed for the inflammatory painful swelling or edema. Its other effective alternatives include Flanzen tab or Serato-M forte.
