What Is The Reason For Chronic Stomach Pain, Hallucination And Vomiting?

I am a 15 year old girl and have not had any severe medical problems in the past. Ever since about 6th grade ( 3 years ago) I've thrown up around once a month. The doctors said it is probably lactose but I still have it all the time and it doesn't always cause problems. When I throw up I usually get chronic stomach pain that makes me groan and I start sweating and getting the chills and start shaking. It only happens at night. When I try to sleep I hallucinate and start "dreaming" about things that are happening but i can feel everything in the dream. Its almost as if I am lucid dreaming, but I can feel how bad my stomach hurts. It increases throughout the dream until it hurts so much that I wake up. I usually wake up within 20 minutes and run to the bathroom and this happens 3-10 times before I throw up. It takes 4-8 hours until i actually throw up and then its all over and I can go back to sleep. Its been going on for too long and I really want it to stop. Thank you

I can understand your problem, this is functional complain and is very common in this age group, particularly in female patients, you can come around with help of Chlorpromazine 10 mg three times in day, this drug gives very good result in such complain, but you have to be little careful while taking this drug because this drug is known for inducing the extra pyramidal syndrome (Phenothiazine toxicity) if you have such history then avoid this drug and try "Chlorodiazepoxid" with Dicyclomine and domeperidon three times in day have nice day.
