What Is The Reason For Feeling Cold, Teeth Chattering And Head Spinning After Having A Hot Shower?

Hello,
Before my husband came to be last night he decided to have a nice hot shower and come out, he said he was so cold his teeth were almost chattering. then he just now contacted me from work and siad his head is spinning and hurts and he feels lick to his stomach. What would this be?
