What Is The Reason For Nausea And Sensitivity To Smell During Periods?

I started my period three weeks ago, the first week it was regular, the second week it was pretty light and now it s regular again. There have been blood cots and no discolor. Now I m starting to feel very nauseous and starting last week I was feeling a bit sensitive to smells.

These are common perimenstrual sumptuary and are more common among young girls. As the first line of management, you can take drugs like Domperidone for symptomatic relief.

Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
