What Is The Reason That My Son's Scrotum Has Got Very Close To Body And Doesn't Hang ?

i have a five and half yr old son who had a normal penis size until recently. he is a stout boy and very active in outdoor sports. about six months ago i noticed that his scrotum doesnt hang anymore, thus it is closer to his body and so the penis. Also there is long vein on the penis. it is in the middle on the penis from the base and curving like a hook just after the incision scar. i thought it would go away after a few wks but its still there.

hi,thanks for query.The scrotal skin is very much sensitive to temperature of out side.Means when ever there is cold out side the scrotum goes nearer to the body and when ever there is hot our side it hangs away from body.So this is normal.Second thing the vein that you are seeing is again normal and that is present in all.
