What Is The Red And Purple Bruise Marks Under My Child's Lower Lip?

6 year old has red and purple bruise type mark in a perfect rectangle under her lower lip. She says it doesn't hurt but I'm concerned. She denied falling in soccer or hitting it on anything. She has no known allergies. She says it doesn't hurt. Any ideas?

In case it gets bigger in size or is associated with any symptom get her examined as physical examination will be required.
