What Is The Remedy For Back Pain With Fibroids And Ovarian Cyst On My Right Ovary?

I was diagnosed with fibroids and a ovarian cyst on my right ovary years ago. For the past couple of yrs I've been dealing with excruciating pain where I'm vomiting every month sometimes twice a month after my periods and that doesn't include the pain I feel during my periods. I have heavy bleeding and spotting or a brown smelly discharge between periods. I was told the cyst was benign although it was a solid mass. I haven't been to the ob/gyn in 4 or 5 yrs. I have debilitating lower back pain. Should I be alarmed that something serious is going on?

Hi, I understand your concerns but i think you need to take your problems seriously. vomiting can be due to a variety of factors like bowel obstruction due to the cyst that you have . It was benign but can turn cancerous over the years. Also heavy bleeding with brown discharge can be due to fibroid or cancer. I will recommend you to get a sonography scan of your masses immediately to know their size and status now and as also severe lower back can also be a sign of cancer spreading or the cysts or fibroids enlarging . Let us know the sonography report so we can help you further.
