What Is The Remedy For Painful Spasms Of Extensor Digitorium?

I have spasms of extensor digitorum. Very painful. At night only. The spasms extend down to feet and present as painful arching along the big muscle, and extend to painful involuntary arching, spasming, etc. of the lower foot and toes. My calves have constant minor twitches, visible to the eye, but not always painful or deeply spasmodic. What is going on?

I can understand your problem, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicine
1) Tab Chlorzoxazone three times in day
2) Tab Acetaminophen three times in day
