What Is The Remedy For Superficial Fibular Nerve Pain?

Yes, i think i pinched my superficial fibular nerve. Plantar flexion of my foot is nearly impossible and the nerve runs a little bit up the lateral side of my calf and under the bottom of my foot towards my big toe. What should I be doing now to help this before seeing a doctor if the pain continues?

hi

thank-you for providing the brief history of you.

as this is a nerve injury I will Advice you to visit the ER and get it assessed. Nerve injury is not a small thing to ignore. Also, if the motor control is comprimsied it needs a in-depth attention.

In my clinical practice such cases are referred to ER and a clinical examination is performed along with other EMG and NCV tests.

Treatment is planned accordingly.
