Hi, thank you for posting.

To have a normal stool passing you should fix your diet by:
- Using high fiber foods like cereals, fruits(oranges, apples and kiwis), green vegetables and legumes(peas, soybeans and beans).
- Eating meat and its product only 2-3 times a week.
- Eating eggs only 2-3 times a week.
- Using honey dissolved in warm water, before you sleep.
- Eliminating coffee, milk, spicy foods, fast foods and non-fiber foods.

It is recommended to eat 5 meals a day.

You also need an abdominal ultrasound and a Colonoscopy.

You should contact your gastroenerologist.

Dr. Behar.
