What Is The Solution For Tingling Sensation And Numbness In Arms And Lips?

My husband is 63 is 6 and weighs 220 pounds. He has had neck and back surgery twice. He is saying he has tingling and numbness in his left hand, arm and numbness in his left lips. I had him smile and his smile looks normal. No sweating. He is saying he feels a little lightheaded.

I would prefer you taking him to the ER as soon as possible as a cardiovascular abmormality will first have to be ruled out. Your husband seems to be obese as well which is why hypercholesterolemia, diabetes, heart abmormalities, etc; will all have to be ruled out.
