What Is The Tiny Red Spot On The Body That Itches On Perspiration?

I have this tiny red spots in some parts of my body.It s not itchy at first but after i perspire, it becomes itchy. I neglected it. And after 3 days, it becomes larger than before and i noticed it has a tiny black spot at the center of my rash. I have no fever.

Hi.
As per your case history you are miliria.
My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
