Hello,
Your symptoms are indicating towards UTI but the treatment should always be done after investigation which confirm it and under guidance of a physician. There are many causative organism either bacteria/ virus/ fungus responsible for this disease. Go for investigations like urine microscopy, culture & sensitivity of urine, total blood count. Drink plenty of water, maintain local hygiene of the area, cranberry juice can be helpful. Many antibiotics are used Cephalosporin, Nitrofurantoin, Fluoroquinolone, Trimethoprime- sulphamethoxazole, which you should take only after full instruction given by your treating doctor.
Get well soon, bye.
