I have had a rash in my buttock and a little bump.as well but tried creams wipes and also have between were my vagina ends and my butt hole starts like skin as if there had been a bump there that popped or is starting.. The rash is very painful and stings?? Also when I was having sex it was painful?

The treatment for rash will be a course of antibiotics like doxycycline along with metronidazole tablets, topically use a antifungal ointment.
