What Is The Treatment For Anal Inflammation And Anal Fissure?

hi dr my 4 months doughter is having anal inflammation after having an anal fissure ....i used cream for the fissure and it is healed but the inflammation is still there even by using diaper cream which is sudocream....is this inflammation a mark for lactouse intolerance??? please help thanks

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your 4 months old daughter having anal fissure and inflammation. Also noted that you applied Sudocream locally, the fissure went away but the inflammation still remains.
I would advise the following in such a situation:
Send the sample of stool for tests including that for intolerance.
IF the infection is present, your Pediatrician will give appropriate antibiotics and probiotics as may be needed,
Maintaining a proper hydration is very important as is the necessity of local cleanliness.
