What Is The Treatment For Cramping Followed By Heavy Breathing, Shivering And Sweating?

hi my daughter is 3 years old. she is cramping , leg crossed and holding her belly. she is pale , her inside eyes is grey she seems to be breathing heavily and shivering with excessive sweaths . her cheeks have a rash. please help me..seeing your child suffur is unbearable

Thanks for the question. It would be good to know if this is episodic but recurrent cramps or she is getting them as continuous pain. Also if she has hard stools or loosemotions recently. Well intestinal infections or worms are very likely. Kindly get ultrasound abdomen done to localise any problem like obstruction. Give her syrupondansetron for vomitting if any. Also you can start oral rehydration solution as she looks dehydrated the way you have described about. Pediatric surgery opinion is must after ultrasound. You can try single dose of syrup cyclopam to alleviate pain but not to be used frequently.
