I am 26 year old woman.I am feeling very tired from1/2 weeks. even when i walk and do some small work, i feel tired. i have untolerable backpain, dizzy,carving for spicy and sour food, i get irritated , feeling dizzy.

I think that you may suffer from back arthritis and anemia.

To be sure for the diagnosis you need the following tests:
1. Back X-ray.
2. Complete blood count.
3. Fibrinogen test.
4. Glucose test.
5. Urine test.
