What Is The Treatment For Fever And Diarrhea?

I had a laporoscopy to open appendectomy 9 days ago. Was feeling much better yesterday morning, had a sleep. Then woke about 5pm to severe diarrhea. Turned into fever & vomitting at same time. Fever goes once vomitting over. Have had 4 bouts in total from 5pm to 1.20am. Do I need to see a doctor?
