What Is The Treatment For Gastritis And Hyperacidity?

sir my problem is chr.gastritis and hyperacidity since 5 year problem dignose to 14.07.2014 appollo hospital ahmdabad my endoscopy report is oesophagits is grade 1, ge reflux present, cardia lax, antrum errythema, body errythema, fundus modrat errythema, duodenum normal and full colonoscopy is normal only rectum small internal piles noted sir my abdomen fullness, very bloating, food fever, very high gas not pass, constipation,strees, weight loss,hyperacidity sir what is this problem hyperacidity or gastritis and who is best treatments for cure this problem please sir thanks.

1.to avoid tea, coffee, oily and spicy food.
2.Also avoid citrus fruits.
3.Among medications take a proton pump inhibitor like rabeprazole and a prokinetic agent like domperidone.
4.Dont lie down at least for 2 hrs after any meal and
5. Dont drink water for at least 2 hrs with any meal.
