What Is The Treatment For Post Nasal Drip,hoarseness,cough,swelling In Mouth,body Rash And Cervical Spondylosis?
Dear Doctor, i have acid reflux problem.. post nasal drip, hoarseness, when throat itch cough starts my head becomes hot and whole body, swelling in mouth and my voice disappear. i take dexilant 60mg every morning,for acidity. i have high blood pressure but is under control, I am allergic to valium, blood pressure goes down, ancef and vancomycin , rashes all over body skin breaking, creatinine, serum value goes up I am also suffering from cervical spondylosis. please help me wat to do next

Acid reflux is treated with lifestyle changes and medication. It requires reduction of fatty/fried/spicy or acidic foods and decreased size of meals. If there is excess weight , weight loss would also help.
Post nasal drip can cause intermittent hoarseness. It is most often related to allergies. It is treated by avoiding the source of the allergy and also using topical steroid nasal sprays and antihistamines.
