What Is The Treatment For Sore Knees?

Pensaid for sore knees, I have MS also for 12 yrs now and I'm not sure if pensaid would help me. My knees are very soar when touched and I don't have very much controle of my left leg. I want to ask my GP or my Neurologist if this would help relieve some pain. I also have Fibromyalga (can't spell it) and I have been told that I also have Osteo-arthritis so not sure??
