What Is The Use Of Phentermine?

I am prescribed medical marijuana for a sleep aid, and I was recently prescribed phentermine for weight loss. And I normally don t get the munchies when I smoke, just kinda relaxes me for sleep. But I was wondering if that would counteract what the phentermine is doing?

As phentermine is a stimulant related to amphetamines, it is more likely it will counteract the use of medical marijuana as a sleep aid. Theoretically the phentermine acts as an appetite suppressant and marijuana as an appetite stimulant, so yes they can be at cross purposes. If you don't have problems with the munchies and you're just using it at night before bed, you probably won't have too much action on your appetite with the marijuana. The phentermine, however, may last in your system a while and cause difficulty sleeping. Hope this helps.
