Focus on having more of protein and carbohydrate rich food. Well cooked easily digestible carbohydrate food can be consumed.

Small meals should be taken at frequent intervals.
Sufficient intakes of fluids and salt should be ensured.
Eat protein rich food like milk and milk products, egg etc.
you can have suji upma/ halwa, poha etc. for breakfast.
Have more of juices, soups etc. for your electrolyte management.
You can have chapatis if you are able to chew.
Avoid high fibre food and spices in the food.
