What Kind Of Food Should I Avoid In Eosinophilic Gastritis ?

I am diagnosed with eosinophilic gastritis 1 & half month ago. I am on high dose steriod. In the 1st two weeks, my body responded well: no vomit, no nausea , no cough, no abdominal cramps, etc. Now the symptoms are back afresh. I don t know which food to avoid. Is there any suggestion on this? I m 55, female.
