What Medication Is Suggested For Bleeding And Pain In Vagina?

had a full abdominal hysterectomy 2 months ago, am on an hrt patch. Saw gynae yesterday as I was experiencing new bleeding and pain. He said I have a 3mm tear in abdominal cuff and put some steel drops on it. I am still very sore in the vaginal area, like a thrush burning sensation. Is this part of the tear or is it possible I have a vaginal infection? I have no temperature and would hope the gynae would have seen if there was an infection?
