What Medication Is Suggested For Bloating Of Stomach,lower Back Pain And Diarrhea?

I had sudden bloating tonight with abdominal discomfort combined with lower back pain. I ended up with some diarrhea and felt better. I now notice spotting and my period was only 2.5 weeks ago. Felt fine up until this with no other symptoms and feel somewhat better now but still have a little diarrhea. This episode total lasted about 1.5-2 hours.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of sudden bloating tonight, abdominal discomfort, low back pain, diarrhea and felt better. There is spotting in spite of the period was only 2.5 weeks ago. Diarrhea still continues.
Your history is suggestive of gastroenteritis, intestinal infection.
I would advise you the following:
Send the stool for test as well as the blood for CBC and other relevant tests.
If there is an evidence of infection, get started on an antibiotic active against intestinal infection, metronidazole.
Also add on probiotics, multivitamins, activated charcoal tablets.
Take symptomatic and supportive treatment.
If required go for an ultrasonography and other tests.
