What Medicine Should I Take For Swollen Glands And Dark Brown Blocks?

Hello Dr. I am a heavy smoker and recently I woke up with heavy breathing in the upper part of my lungs, just underneath my throat. A little bit of a swollen glands and thick, dark brown blocks of phlegm. A little bit fatigue but no fever. Im 24, female, asian. Tell me what to do please! thank you!

I have read query . As far as swollen glands and dark brown phlegm is concerned this can be due to swollen tonsils that is tonsillitis or due to throat infection . For this I will suggest you to consult Ent surgeon for clinical examination and treatment . Inmeantime do warm saline gargle 2 to 3 times a day and you can take medicine like Azithromycin or Allegra by consulting with local doctor .
