What Medicine To Be Used For Stopping The Cramps?

My father has a stroke and he can't walk and when he took Agiolax as he was suffering from constipation, he felt a major cramps in the anus, makes him defecate constantly ...he can't sleep as cramps comes every 10 minutes.
I ask for a medicine stop these cramps

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your Father and understood the concerns.
Due to stroke the gastrointestinal system may not work properly hence can cause constipation with formation of fecoliths that are hard to pass even with Agiolax as this will just push and hence causing abdominal cramps.
I would advise him the following in such a situation:
Take him to the hospital.
Clinical examination, per-rectal digital palpation for fecoliths or mass.
Ano-proctoscopy.
X-ray of the abdomen to see for fecoliths and if present then to give him saline+soap enema till the fecoliths are evaluated.
Pain-killers or antispasmodics only if required.
Try other stool softeners than Agiolax.
Identify the foods and beverages that cause constipation and stool these altogether.
High fiber diet.
Rest of the advise as would be given by the Doctors as per the findings.
