Hi

Following an ingestion of the substance, immediately water can be given to drink.
In case of symptoms that indicate difficulty in swallowing including vomiting or decreased alertness, do not give anything by way of mouth.
Do not try to induce vomiting.Kerosene is a corrosive poison and can lead to aspiration.Chest xray may be needed to rule out any aspiration and pnemonitis in lungs.I suggest that he should definitely be examined by a physician.
Hope that was helpful.Let me know if i can assist you further.
