What Relieves The Pain In All Joints Particularly During Day?

Severe pain in almost all joints daily, pain worse in mornings but last all day at times, feel exhausted most days. Vision is going bad fast with in last 6mos to year. Shortness of breath I am sure it is due to smoking. During cough spells I get dizzy sometimes, and have passed out a few times. Very hard time getting a full night of sleep. Severe pain in my butt about once a weak, can only be relieved with advil and a hot sit bath. Just feel weak most days struggle just getting up and going to a store. I am a male I am 49 years old a smoker with lots of stress in my life at the moment. My weight has stayed pretty steady I am 6ft 150lbs.

Thanks for your query.
Seems you are suffering from multiple joint pain - Polyarthritis with early morning stiffness. Rheumatoid arthritis is one of the most common causes for Polyarthritis.

I would suggest you to get yourself examined by an Orthopaedician for multiple joint pains . You would be asked to undergo few blood tests like Hb, RBS, TLC, DLC, ESR, RA factor, CRP and Thyroid profile along with routine urine examination. These investigations will help us find out the exact cause. Discuss with your doctor.
