What Should I Do For Chest Pain And Upper Abdominal Pain?

This morning about 1:30 I started having sever chest upper abdomen pain. made my right arm hurt like a pinched nerve. my back was also hurting. feels like gas. I couldnt find a comfortable position. so I drank some chamomile tea and laid on my back with a heating pad. I dozed off for about an hour. Kept waking up throughout the morning with the same pains. I slept for five hours in and out. But I have been up for about an hour and i am exhausted and my right arm is still like numb feeling not too bad. I am congested, but the wind is also blowing sideways. What should I do.

Hi,

You may be suffering from acute gastritis with GERD.

It may be pleuritic pain or lungs pain etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Pantoprazole.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician, he will examine and take ECG and then treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
