What Should I Do For The Bruise And Swollen Area On The Back Of My Head?

I got hit in the back of the head 3 hours ago by a golf ball. I have a golf ball size bruise and swollen area my head bled a bit also. I feel a little foggy right now. I showered cleaned the area and iced it. Also took I b profen. anything I need to do?

Well come to HCM
Ideally head injury need to be taken seriously and this need to be kept under observation for 48 hours this is the rule because anything could happen during this period so you need to be very alert, if you feel something going wrong like alter sensorium, vomiting, fatigue, then you go to see the ER, hope this information helps, take care.
