What should you be aware of and do if a child of one year falls and hits his head with vomitting following? Do you keep them awake? Chiled also had 4 vaccines yesterday and has had a fever and been slepy since then.E-mail is YYYY@YYYY

If after head injury if the infant vomits,develop lethargy and convulsions , it suggests brain damage due to injury.
you need to go for CT scan and if any abnormality is found consult neurophysician/surgeon without fail.
