Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, welcome to HCM.
Your child CT scan is showing early central type of diffuse brain atrophy. In early type of diffuse brain atrophy there are some chances that child will have delayed milestones but this is not definite in all the cases.
You have to do an eye check up for fundus examination, BERA test to know whether hearing is normal.
A monthly neurological assessment with Head circumference measurement is necessary.
I hope this has helped you. Take care.
