What Should I Do For The Pain After Lifting Weights And Stretching?

I worked on this past Sunday. I was lifting weights. I stretched afterwards. But now my arms hurt a lot. They feel better when bent. When I straighten them, I feel an extreme amount of pain. I'm considering going to the emergency room. What should I do?

Hi,
Nothing to worry, it seems that you might be having muscle pull or muscle strain due to weight lifting.
Apply hot fomentation.
Take some analgesic medicine for 2-3 days.
Apply analgesic, muscle relaxant cream locally.
Ok andtake care.
