Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

The tiny bumps on the buttock could be an allergic reaction to diaper or due to an insect bite. You can use an over the counter hydrocortisone cream. But if the symptoms or rash does not improve, please consult your Dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Siva Subramanian, Dermatologist
